Ηλεκτρονικός φάκελος υγείας για υπολογιστές παλάμης

Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι ο σχεδιασμός και η ανάπτυξη ενός συστήματος ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου υγείας για υπολογιστές παλάμης. Για την καλύτερη κατανόηση του συστήματος που αναπτύχθηκε γίνεται αρχικά μια παρουσίαση των τεχνολογιών πληροφορικής και τηλεπικοινωνιών που αξιοποιούνται καθώς επίσης και των γενικότερων τάσεων που επικρατούν στον τομέα της ιατρικής πληροφορικής. Στο τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται το σύστημα που υλοποιήθηκε. Δίνεται μια περιγραφή του, αναλύεται η αρχιτεκτονική του και οι απαιτήσεις που καλείται να ικανοποιήσει, παρουσιάζεται η λειτουργία του στην πράξη και παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την υλοποίησή του.

This thesis discusses the design and implementation of an electronic health record system for personal digital assistants (PDA’s). For the better understanding of the developed system the first section of this thesis is comprised of a presentation of the information and communication technologies that are used, as well as the general trends in the field of medical informatics. In the last part of the thesis the developed system is illustrated. After a brief description, the system’s architecture and the requirements, that must be met, are analyzed. Then follows a presentation of the system in practice and closing the conclusions of this project are discussed.
